Appropriate information will be brought to the attention of all the persons concerned by electronic appropriate means. Upon processing the application, the press office shall inform the interested, sending email message to the address given for accreditation.

Access to the Media Zone is free of charge.

To receive name tags, which will be valid only along with the press card, authorizing access to the airport and to the Media Zone, accredited journalists are requested to visit Air Show 2018 Organisational Office located at 103 Żwirki i Wigury Street in Warsaw, from 8th to 14th August 2018 (9 am - 2 pm).

Collecting the name tags will also be possible from 16th Aug, 20th - 23rd Aug (9 am – 3 pm) and on 24th Aug (to 9 am) in the press office, which will be situated in the Garrison Club of 42nd Air Base, 9 Sadków Street, Radom.

A parking lot for the press will be located behind the Garrison Club. Journalists willing to get to the Media Zone can use the transport organised by the press office.

  • with documented achievements of military and aviation publications (press, radio);
  • able to document their portfolio from previous AIR SHOW editions;
  • foreign journalists;
  • local media journalists.
